Gift Certificates Available
Our services are covered by medical
insurance. Please check with your individual insurance
program to see if you have out-of-network Physical Therapy
coverage. If you are eligible, you may get reimbursement for
your treatment at Physica. Although we expect payment at the
time of your visit, we are happy to supply you with
all the necessary paperwork to file your claims. We
do accept
NH worker’s compensation.
